Catherine is a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a background in gymnastics and rugby, she has always been passionate about sports and staying active.
Catherine loves helping people on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves—whether that means improving fitness, building confidence, or simply feeling great. She takes particular pride in supporting women to become comfortable and confident in the gym, guiding them every step of the way.
