Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates is a type of exercise that uses Pilates equipment. The reformer uses different spring resistances to either make you control your movement patterns or increase your strength and flexibility. The versatility allows you to ensure that every class is a whole body workout - leaving you feeling stronger, longer and more in control.
Small Group Training
Zest Wincanton offers small group classes, a great way to get fit and make friends. With a maximum of six people in each class, you can enjoy a more personalised experience and receive individual attention from the instructor.
